Your Garage Door is normally the largest moving part in your home. So regular maintenance is advised. It can save on problems that can occur if you don’t. Panelift Doors. Springs need re tensioning, tracks, springs and tracks need lubricating. Motors often need resetting. The Door often needs cable wire adjusting and brace and fixing points need checking. 

Roller Doors. Not quite as much maintenance. Tracks need lubricating, and often re positioning. Also the springs need tensioning. When things go seriously wrong. Don’t panic. They can be fixed. Panelift Doors break springs. They only have so many cycles on them, and if you are in a corrosive area they will break sooner. Cable wires can get tangled up, caused by not enough tension.
